I recently stayed at this hotel for a church event, and the location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions like the zoo. The room itself was not very clean, we requested an extra bed, but after a long five-hour journey, all I wanted was sleep, yet we were left to make our own bed. This was new to us because, in all previous hotels, the hotel ensured that the extra bed was ready for the guest. The room could have been cleaner, with noticeable stains on the chairs and shower. At night, it was also quite noisy due to traffic on the road. The conference was held at the same hotel, but both the ladies' and gentlemen's restrooms were dirty at the time. The hotel manager should pay attention to the cleanliness of the restrooms during the event. However, the hotel's close to local attractions was a major advantage because it is next to the State Capitol Building.

When I first entered the hotel, it was very clean and smelled fresh. I got to my room and there were blood stains and old hair on the beds. We asked for another room and got one right across the hall very quickly. Service was good. The new room was clean. Along with that, the elevator buttons on the fifth floor were out of order. We had to take the stairs to the fourth floor to use the elevator from there. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was very fresh especially the fruits. Service at breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and she clearly put a lot of effort into her job. Overall it was a great stay.

Excellent service from Dan the bartender! He was amazing! He was the only one working the bar and dinning room! He waited on ALL with no problem! The place was packed because there was a convention going on. Rooms are spacious and clean. Van drivers are always friendly.

The room was fine. There was a lot of ambient noise when trying to sleep $15 overnight parking fee in a parking garage $20 breakfast so that makes it a middle rate Hilton in my opinion.

We had a rough start to our trip in Boise after checking into another hotel that just wasn’t going to work. We decided to move to the Hilton Downtown — and wow, what a difference. From the moment we called, Kat (KAT) was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to get us into a clean, safe room early, with an incredible view. Kat didn’t just check us in — she made us feel welcome. She took the time to suggest things to do around Boise and gave us great tips on activities to check out while in town. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care stood out, and she turned what started off as a stressful experience into a memorable stay. The hotel itself is spotless, bright, and feels safe. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, but Kat truly made the experience exceptional. If you’re coming to Boise, the Hilton Downtown is the place to stay.

Dated structure but well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. Great food and drinks in the lounge area. Parking is off site in the garage next to the property.

Although this place did not appear as it appeared on the Airbnb that I booked it on, it was still very nice. The pool was amazing. Hot tub was great and big, which was helpful since there were a few of us that wanted in there. The laundry facilities were wonderful and the little tiny gym was just perfect. The staff was very helpful and kind. They were quick to give me more towels when I needed them which I appreciated and the room was clean and available for early check-in.

Great place to stay! Only issue I had was getting into the parking lot. GPS takes you to an entrance that you can't turn left into.
